Alam mo yung feeling na walang taong gustong makinig sa mga drama mo sa buhay kasi baka isipin nila na oa ka ☹️ at yung mga taong gustong gusto mong kausapin unting unti ng nawawalan ng pake sa'yo ☹️ Nakakalungkot lang kasi gusto kong makatanggap ng mga payo, cheer ups, motivation sa iba para kahit papaano hindi lang ako nagiisa sa mga labang 'to. Kaya kung may tao mang nandyan para sa'yo sa panahong hindi mo na kaya, down na down kana at feeling hopeless kana sa mga bagay bagay keep that person bihira lang yung mga ganyang tao.
 
exactly,minsan kasi people dont know how to reach out,minsan nahihiya,or they tend to keep their emotions and bury their feelings.Importante talaga to have someone to talk to kasi it provides comfort and opportunities to share experiences thus preventing the feeling of being isolated or rejected.
Having someone to talk to has physical and mental benefits to you.Any type of real connections to others is such an everyday blessing,a stress relief and could build friendship.It always provides an avenue to process our thoughts and feelings.
