Closed [Globe-at-Home Prepaid WiFi] - "Antenna Status: Internal" issue with new 4G Antenna (Magnetic)

I bought this antenna

I've connected it to the back of my Globe-at-Home Prepaid WiFi Antenna Huawei B312-939

However, my antenna status in the admin panel still says "Internal"

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much.

What I've tried so far:

• Unplug and plug it back in
• Checking for other inputs on the router
• Checking the integrity of the physical connection to the router via the antenna (it's solid, and makes a connection with the center pin)
• Checking for settings in the router admin panel (there isn't one)
• Other research shows it should automatically detect

Alam ko po matagal niyo ng pinost to pero try niyo pong magpa-admin access. May config po para maswitch sa external. Kay Zander Mazda po sa FB ako nagpa-admin, pm niyo po siya.

dahil nakabili ako 2 na ganito..parehong di nadedetect..kaya binasag ko base nung isa para makita ko ano nasa loob..and i found out..na pag kinonek mo yung ground dun sa antenna..madetect sya as external ..i auto mo lang para makita mo kung detected ba talaga..pero hind sya nakakasagap ng signal sa area ko..1 bar lang sa loob ng bahay.kung gusto mo makita pano..isesend ko pic.
