Fake news yan ts. Napakaraming malalaking private network server na legal tulad ng NordVPN E×préššVPN and the like.

Depending on how your VPN is configured, you might or might not use the same DNS for your VPN and for Internet. VPN's are (typically) like an additional IP stack on your system, and can have a separate DNS server address configured. But not all systems do this😊

Labo nito. Ganto lang yan pre, naka vpn ka man o wala same lang yan when you browse a website, it goes through dns resolver vago umabot sa root server. Sa sagot ko kay ts, its not a based because you defenitely changing an IP no matter what connection you are onm Simple as that.

Malabo ba? Maaring mali pagkakaintindi ko Livra N , yung DNS resolver ay contacted ng iyong device na usually pinipili by your ISP (Internet service provider). However, you can configure your network to use a different DNS provider, kung nanaisin mo. This configuration can be modified in your operating system's network settings, or in the administration interface of your home network router.

When you use the Internet, every time you connect to a website using its domain name (such as "livra.com"), your computer needs to know that website's IP address (a unique series of numbers). So your device contacts a DNS resolver, and gets the current IP address of livra.com.

na de detect ng ISP na may irregular usage or connection sa device mo, which is offense to Smart/Sun policies/terms and conditions.
