“Eh you sent 1.4 million face masks to a country that probably can fend off for itself, while your own countrymen can’t buy a single face mask right now. I dare the PH Red Cross to give 1 face mask to each Filipino. Now,” tweet nito.

“@DickGordonDG a senator of the PHL and chief of the PHILIPPINE Red Cross had 3.6M face masks to China. and he was so proud of it. in the meantime, pinoys in the PHL can’t find face masks to buy. Gordon’s priority is China, not the PHL.”

“In Iloilo, face masks are no longer available.

Edit: I renounce this statement, pasensya nag-comment muna ako bago alamin ang buong kwento.

The link is there for people to read it... You made the good choice to read everything and I salute you for that... 99,99% of the people who comment never read anything.
Yes I deliberately missed the d!ck explanation for 2 reasons:
1. whatever he says, the PRC should be for Filipinos first (especially considering the lack of masks at this time for the Taal explosion and then the virus)
2. I like some provocation... not for the sake of provoking but hoping to trigger some awareness somehow... (nobody's perfect ;) )

Our Constitution clearly states in Article 2, Section 4 that the PRIME DUTY of the Government is to SERVE and PROTECT the PEOPLE. Its people, the Filipino people...
Government? Tapos PRC?

from research:
  • The PRC mobilizes vehicles assist people impacted by the Taal volcano eruption.
  • PRC workers assist evacuees from the area of the Taal volcano eruption.
  • The Philippine Red Cross has opened numerous evacuation centers to support the more than 24,000 who have already evacuated and deployed thousands of disaster workers including a Rapid Damage and Needs Assessment team.
  • Gordon said presently there are more than 70 evacuation centers open and that the Red Cross is preparing to respond as needed. He said the threat now is respiratory illness from the dust and debris, especially for older residents.
