Hi Guys! nababaliw na akong mag hanap ng solution sa pag access ng gateway ng router/modem na to. tinry ko na below ung mga pedeng gamitin.

Take Note: I USED LAPTOP OR MOBILE PHONE.

1. Reset Router
2. Check CMD ipconfig/all my default after resetting is 192.168.1.1
3. Connection time out nd maaccess ung gateway sa browser google chrome, internet explorer, microsoft edge at firefox

5. ginawa ko din ito:
1. Turn off your router
2. Unplug / Disconnect fiber cable from the router
3. TURN IT BACK ON ( without the fiber cable attached ) and access the router GUI by going to your browser and type to the address bar the default I.P address of your router which is 192.168.1.1 then log in.
4. Apply all settings you want to do then when you're finished.
5. Turn off your router
6. Reconnect the fiber cable to the router.
7. Turn on the Router

sinadya na ata ng pldt sa update ng firmware na di basta basta maaaccess yung gateway hangga’t di pumipirma sa form na kumbaga kasunduan na rin between user at pldt bale kailangan muna talaga ata na pumunta sa kanila para mag-inquire pero di ko pa naman nasubukan magtanong

TS makakatulong po ba kaya ito sa problem ko sa PLDT home fiber namin? Kakabit lang po kasi last March 6, nakaka connect naman po kami sa wifi pero nung icoconect ko na po sa desktop namin using LAN lumalabas DNS not responding, Lahat po ng LAN sa modem sinubukan ko po lahat same result lang po. Then sinubukan ko rin po iconnect sa laptop using LAN ganun din po lumalabas "DNS not responding" Sana po may makatulong. TIA.

sinubukan mo ba sa google na DNS server? or ibang pc or laptop?

Thanks sa mga reply nyo sir. After couple of days hindi ko alam ang dahilan pero bigla nalang syang gumana.
