Closed Sun FLP 300 weird internet connection

Anyone experience this sa inyong Sun Fixed Plan 300?

There are certain cities na wala syang internet connection. For example like mine: Meron akong connection in QC and Caloocan, but no connection in Manila and Laguna. Kapag coconnect ako sa data mag ppromt siya na "internet may not be available" with wifi symbol na may "!". Kahit anong gawin kong reset sa network setting, change network, apn, everything wala talaga. Nag conduct ako ng mga test.

Test 1: (Medyo weird)
Connected ako sa data from my home na merong connection (Cal City) dadalhin ko siya sa work in Manila.
Result:No problem sa connection, nagagamit ko as is.

Test 2:
From home hindi muna ako coconnect sa data. From the time na nasa work na ko (Manila) then coconnect ako sa data.
Result: No connection "internet may not be available" with wifi symbol na may "!".

Test 3:
I bought prepaid sim with TU50 promo.
Result: No problem kahit saang area may connection ako.

Observation: Kapag doon comonnect sa place na parang blocked si FLP walang way na maka connect ako. And after ko lumabas ng Manila, automatic na magkakaroon na naman sya ng connection, okay na naman siya.

Other details:
Galing na kong Sun Center/Store tumawag sa customer service lahat ng possible na solution nila walang nkatulong. They even replace may sim twice. Isang replacement and isang new number. Pareho pa rin ng issue.

How can we bypass this? Sana may sumagot na nka FLP na andito sa Manila.
