if you're having problem by being blocked after the file downloaded in google chrome try this -

1. click the 3 dots in upper right in google chrome .
2. click setting
3. scroll down click " Advance "
4. in Privacy and Security find " Protect you and your device from dangerous sites " click DISABLED . Done ! redownload the apps and you're free to go
