Kung hindi na kaya magstart up sa safemode or system restore, and there no important files needed to be retrieved, better to reformat at reinstall applications. Pero if need muna kunin ang old files use Hiren's Boot. Para ma copy mo muna files to other media before formatting your harddrive.

Reformat kung wala kang kailangan na files... Otherwise, recover/backup muna ung files bago ireformat.

Try mo driverpack or snappy driver para sa driver updates

It's a matter of preference, may sariling apps naman ang Apple devices. Pero kung paramihan ng compatible applications may marami sa Android. Kung movies, music and web browsing lang pag gamit mo sa phone wala naman magiging issue.

Kung driver lang try mo to baka makatulong. Driver Pack piliin mo yung offline kung gusto mo ng full copy, medyo malaki nga lang yung file. READ and update ONLY the drivers that needs to be updated. Hope this helps.

Ok naman sana ung specs kaso mahal to sa 2nd hand. Konting ipon nalang makakabili ka na ng gaming Laptop.

Kung nag-bo boot sa OS, and mouse or touch pad lang and di gumagana, download mo nalang yung driver. Check mo Device Manager if naka Windows ka, dun makikita ung mga devices na hindi properly installed ang drivers.
