Virus issues . Use anti virus to scan like SMADAV or ESET . hope it works bro

If na download mo na yang ISO sir . try to burn in CD if ayaw parin using USB then boot from CD Rom.

Try to use ubunto as a beginner mode in linux. Make sure backup you files before installing linux ubunto. Tutorials is always in YøùTùbé.
