nag aauto shutdown parin po at di parin nagana yung wifi at yung date ganun parin po

Why my iPhone 4 are being unresponsive and when i unplug on charger it will shutdown automaticaly,My date are always reset into Jan 1, 1970 and some other features are not working like Wifi,Bluetooth,Flashlight,Sound and its being lagging.Pls Help me this is my only phone :(
