Sadly and unfortunately it's really near impossible especially if you played dota1 before dota2. I've been on this game for 13 years from its infancy until now and I tried everything to stop. I have a wife and a kid now and I'm still playing once in a while (maybe once or twice a day.)

You need a tech lab to that kind of repair that has the right equipment. Buying a new one is more convenient IMO.

Try AMD, they are cheap but same performance compared to NVIDIA. Be sure to have a nice heat sink though.

Actually no. Different brands has different style of heat sinks and the major problem of a gaming laptop is it easily overheats.

I'm sorry but you cant reformat your cpu coz it has its own SOC. Hard disk drive/ssd/or nvme can be reformatted though (or any kinds of storage).
