Binuksan ko tong laptop para linisin, pag press ko ng Power button ayaw mag on pero pag f5 nag rreboot sya with error; "The Hp bios application selected is corrupt or missing. Please install the application and try again. BIOS Application Error (501) ENTER - Continue" Pano to ayusin? Please help.

Ayos po pag isang Ram module lang, pero pag dagdagan ng pangalawa, boot loop talaga.

Mom dont use it much often so i decided to leave it on for the battery but when i got back to it and pressed the switch button it wont work any more, no lights, no wifi, no everything. We bought it last month and now its just a brick. What should i do to bring it back?
