Di talaga gagana kung di gagamitan ng proxy server (i.e. an IP address). I downloaded and walang naka set up na server. Yung dating 203177.42.214 na ginagamit ko for 2 years is updated na ng Globe September 2015 so all data going through that proxy is counted towards your daily 800mb data limit...
