FYI lang sa mga may issue sa Gomo sim nila na di nakaka receive ng OTP from 3rd party apps and services like microsoft, google, wise at banking apps. Ganito kasi issue ko sa gomo sim ko. 1 month mahigit na din tas sinasabi lng palagi na reboot device, remove and insert sim then gagana na daw ulit. Ganyan lng ung sinasabi nung wlang kwentang customer service nila sa FB.
Yung ginawa ko ay nag file ako ng complaint sa NTC. After a few days sumagot na din ung NTC acknowledging the issue at ung gomo daw iaaddress ung issue. Eto ung email

After a few days sumagot na din si Gomo aka Globe. Yes Globe ung nag ooperate ng gomo. Hinde lng sila nakikirent ng towers.
