Actually di po talaga siya streaming pero parang ganon na nga.
First, alam naman natin na free si Opera Mini. Download a "you t ube" video via putting "ss" before "you t ube.com" na url or any other site na pwedeng mag download.
Second, if malaki ang video (over 14.9 MB) use a proxy site to download. While downloading, pumunta ka sa file manager sa Download folder. Hanapin mo ang name ng video at i-open mo.
Third, the video can be view but it will have an error if it reaches the missing download part.
Note: It may not actually work on all phones especially old ones. I'm using Oppo A83.
