First things first, check installer if 100% working, then dvd drive if cd/dvd disk gamit mo / then cross check flash drive version sa usb port version na supported ng gear mo. If good naman ung dalawa at win 7 up iinstall mo use lower version na windows sa pang format lng sa disk drive then gamitin mo na ung prefered os direct kana installation. If ayaw pa din gamitan mo linux sa format then windows install.

anong specs ng computer mo ts at anong windows edition ba ini install mo..... baka hindi pasok sa minimum requirements kasi yun specs ng pc mo sa os na ini install mo

Ahm, ibig mo po ba sabihin TS is tinatry mo mag format ng storage device such as Flashdrive, HDD, SSD etc...?
Kung yan po ibig mo sabihin follow these steps:

1. Lagay mo sa ibang usb port ung storage device na gusto mo iformat.
2. Search bar type mo CMD
3. Right click mo si Command Prompt then Run as admin "YES"
4. Type diskpart then hit enter.
5. Type list disk then hit enter.
6. Hanapin mo kung alin sa lumabas na list yung storage mo na gusto iformat (Example : Disk 3 sya)
7. Type sel disk 3 then hit enter.
8. Type clean then hit enter.

10. Type create partition primary then hit enter
11. Type format fs=ntfs or format fs=fat32 or format fs=exfat depende sa requirement mo then hit enter.
