kung bilis ang pag-uusapan nakadepende yan sa hardware ng machine mo. Sa kin, I have win 7 at win 10 on the same machine, but I didn't notice something different in speed, if there is maybe a slight difference but unnotticeable. But I usually use win 10. Sa kadahilanang lahat ng application ay gumagana.
