Which VPN should I use for a laptop?

I can't decide kung ano ang dapat gamitin sa laptop. Base on your experience which is better? Pwede rin pong magsuggest kayo ng other vpn other than these two. Thanks sa magreresponse!

Base on experience lodz..Express Vypr and HMA
but mostly sa Express ako..
