Is there any VPN out there that can allow unlimited downloading on either Globe or Smart?

I don't mind paying for ρrémíùm servers.

After checking, I found out that Hammer VPN is for Android only?

You can tether the android device so it can share the internet connection to PC.

There's a free trial on Squash VPN just like Hammer but the difference is the way they connect to internet (TCP/UDP) though I don't know if there's a UDP connection on Squash like Hammer VPN does
