Trifenbarsnr no, viber is not the most used app for communication. But we use it on our configs to bypass the unli access to viber in TU and CTC Promos on Sun Simcards

Ohhhh then we the same Ive been on many proxys none seem to work the zero rated sites worked for few months isp blocked them there was one incident when config was unstable kept disconnecting every 9 minutes but it was unlimited
