If you are referring to installing and uninstalling, then nothing happens since the installation does not affect the huawei b315 modem at all since v2raya runs in the online folder and is independent

we can uninstall using adb or telnetd using commands copy and paste the following command
via adb
adb connect ip from your modem:5555
adb shell mount -o remount,rw /system
adb shell mv /system/etc/autorun.backup /system/etc/autorun.sh
adb shell rm -rf /online/v2raya
adb shell /system/bin/reboot
via telnetd
mount -o remount,rw /system
rm -rf /online/v2raya
mv /system/etc/autorun.backup /system/etc/autorun.sh
/system/bin/reboot

I will update the v2raya file to be able to uninstall using cmd
