Help Transfer from one college to hanother but different course

Help guys. Possible pa kaya yung magte-take ako ng isang course for one sem sa isang colllege tapos transfer sa ibang college pero iba na yung course, if I'm an old curriculum graduate? Thanks in advance~

Di covered ng K-12 curriculum ang college. Hanggang senior high school lang ang K-12.
