Help Traffmonetizer Login Issue?

Hello and Goodeve po mga ka-Phc tanong lng sa mga nagamit ng Traffmonitizer, ilang araw na ako namomoblema sa login session na ayaw nya mag-proceed or kahit anong device am on its not logging in for whatever reason, tried to reach out via email and service chat and still isn't helpful and other forums if their are any active still isn't as reliable to look/reach for.
