I only tested it on TM with exact IP. Im not sure what IPs do you get but just try it. If it wont work just turn on and off the data until you get the right IP.

What you need pocket wifi, psiphon and smartphone or pc.

1. Pocket wifi apn: http.globe.com.ph
2. Connect Psiphon (download at playstore)
3. Enjoy.
