Hi! I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your TM sim. Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try:

1. Restart your phone. Sometimes, a simple restart can fix the issue.
2. Check your phone's settings to make sure that you haven't accidentally turned off the mobile data or cellular network.
3. Try inserting the sim card in a different phone to see if the issue is with the sim card or your phone.
4. Check if you have any pending bills or dues on your TM account. If you do, settle them first before trying to load again.
5. Contact TM customer service to report the issue and seek assistance. You can reach them by dialing 808 or by sending an email to customercare@tmcustomerhelp.com.

Regarding your WeChat account, you can try accessing it using a different sim card or through a Wi-Fi network to see if it's a network issue. If you're still having trouble, you can reach out to WeChat customer service for further assistance.
