Yung pure kape idisolve sa mainit na tubig tapos lagyan mo ng butter mga 1/4 or 1/2 kutsara, depende sayo.

-do not use margarine (industrial waste repacked!), vegetable oils (causes highblood, warak ang heart at nerves mo). High heat and chemicals are used to extract vegetable oils sa seeds!







-use coconut oil, avocado oil, olive oil, yung natural lang ang pagprocess para ma extract ang oil, pinipress lang yan

Wala namang problema kumain ng karne, wag mo lang sabayan ng carbs like kanin, mais, patatas, kamote, or any root crops.
