Stop eating:
-junkfoods, all processed foods using deadly chemicals
-sugary foods like processed 3n1 coffee, processed juice (like tang, nestea, etc), cake, softdrinks, cobra, lipovitan, etc, basta sandamakmak ng sugar, sugar is the killer!
-pwede magkape pero kape lang walang sugar, do not consume pure sugar!
-carbs like bread, spaghetti, rice, pasta, canton, and the like, it makes you full but weak!
-do not use margarine (industrial waste repacked!), vegetable oils (causes highblood, warak ang heart at nerves mo). High heat and chemicals are used to extract vegetable oils sa seeds!
-use coconut oil, avocado oil, olive oil, yung natural lang ang pagprocess para ma extract ang oil, pinipress lang yan
Eat this:
-Eat protein and fat rich foods like egg, tofu, pork, chicken, beef, fish, then green leafy veggies. It is the food for the brain, heart, and your whole body depends on it!
Change your diet, support your body to secrete balanced hormones. Not a single day will you feel weak.
1am-2am nako natutulog always, more or less 5 hours lang sleep ko but I do not feel sluggish, weak or demotivated. I am always alert, parang naka kape always because my body is not trying hard to fight what I eat! Most of our food today is poisonous to our bodHighly recommended y!
