Leaving something unsaid is one of the roots of regrets, grudge, miscommunication, insensitiveness. You better sat what's on your mind with caution. It's okay, to be frank, yet too much frankness is being inconsiderate. Too much sugar coating is not genuine.

I also do this. I think we all do, once in a while, at least.
