Jackknife Sit Up - mas pinapalakas ang abdominal muscles or abs.
Plank - magandang paraan upang maisaayos ang body posture at maimprove ang balanse ng katawan.
Squats - hindi lang nito pinapalakas ang leg muscles, tumutulong din ito upang magkaroon ng muscle build-up sa iba't-ibang bahagi ng katawan.
