Steamed Mini Chocolate Cakes

Oven Settings: Steam at 100C

Ingredients:

Chocolate Cake
- 100g Sugar
- 150ml Milk
- 150g Butter
- 100ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 50g Cocoa Powder
- 100g Dark Chocolate pieces
- 150g Self Raising Flour
- 2 eggs lightly beaten

Chocolate Ganache:
- 150g Dark Chocolate
-½ cup cream

Method:

Chocolate Cake
1.) In a saucepan dissolve sugar, milk, butter, chocolate and condensed milk over a low heat.
2.) Allow to cool.
3.) Combine flour and cocoa powder.
4.) Add the flour/cocoa mixture and egg mixture alternately and mix until well combined.
5.) Pour the final mixture into greased muffin tins.
6.) Steam at 100C for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted.

Chocolate Ganache
1.) Melt the chocolate and then add cream, stirring until combined.
2.) Chill until ready to use.

Finally, top the cooled chocolate cakes with the chilled ganache and enjoy!
