Help Sobrang Hina na Magload ng games

Kahapon pa lang ako nakaexperience neto, 2 months na ang computer sakin tas kahapon lang sobrang bagal magload. Naka SSD naman ako.

Dahil neto dami ko nang abandon at match cooldown ng dota2 at csgo.
e.g, normal loading time ng csgo ko pagnagstart ay about 30-50 seconds. Pero since kahapon umaabot ng 2-3mins di ako makapasok sa competitive matches. Sa dota2 naman ay 50/50 makapasok once magaccept sa match, plus na abandon in-game na nagblack screen then disconnected at ayaw na marecon. Please help po mga lods.

Download Malwarebytes scan mo tas quarantine then delete yung mga detected

run as admin mo yung CMD eto commands

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Pag complete na yung download

sfc /scannow

tas go to Control pannel > Network and sharing Center > Change Adapter Settings > right click mo yung source na device ng connection mo for example naka ethernet cable gamit mo right click mo sya then select properties > click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) > click properties >lagay mo yung tick sa "Use the following DNS server address"
eto ilagay mo sa boxes:

Prefered DNS Server : 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS Server : 8.8.4.4

then
Windows key+R

%temp% enter then select all mo lahat tas delete > YES > Tick "do this for all current items" > continue > "Do this for all current items" > Skip

Disable mo rin yung mga di mo kelangan sa startup ctrl+shift+esc > starup tab then right click disable mo yung di mo kailangan mag startup upon booting ng system, for example kung di mo naman need ng Onedrive at naka enable yung stat nya sa startup, disable mo lang, cheers

uninstall mo din yung malwarebytes pag nadelete mo na yung mga detections, para malinis.

try ko na lahat pero parang di na okay ang HDD ko(meron akong SSD pero ang games ay nasa HDD(Im so pro)). Trinansfer ko nalang ang dota and csgo ko sa ssd(120gb lang) then yung nagimprove na ang loading time.
Results of my little experiment:

Baka sira na ang harddrive ko or yung system ko talaga? 2 whole months ako naglalaro dota2 neto pero di pa ako nakaexperience ng ganito eh.

2.check defragmentaion rate using Optimize Drive(default microsoft app) need to defrag higher than 10%

nagawa ko na po ang lahat 3 streak abandon na po ako eh, verified ko na kaso ayaw talga, nastustuck sa loading, after accept mag ddc at ayaw na makarecon. Best option ko nalang ay magdownload ibang games.

Problema ko rin to dati., sobrang bagal mag-recon sa dota pag na-dc. Kaya naka-partition hdd ko. Nagre-reinstall lang ako ng os pag feeling ko sobrang bagal na ng laptop ko. Last week lang nag-fresh install ulit ako so drive C: lang ang nadelete. Game data and important files ko e nasa other partition so safe sila.
