Happy holidays po to all the members here. I just need some help about deactivating call barring sa Smart Sim ko. It asked for a code po and hinsi sya ung typical na mobile password or code. I called their hotline and was provided 1234 or 0000 as default. Nothing actually works pero hind naman "Incorrect Password" ang lumalabas na error. Instead, ang error is "Operation failed, Please try again".
I tried some possible fixed online like resetting APN then manually select the network instead of setting it up automatically. Multiple reboots but nothing helped at all. Any idea po?
Na try ko na din po pala mag safe mode ng phone and same error even in safe mode.
Sim: Smart 5G
Phone: Huawei P30
