To check your Phone's IMEI#, Dial this code *#06# on your phone then copy or take note on your IMEI#1

(Sometimes IMEI# can be found on the sticker at the back of your phone or Go to Settings 》 About Phone)

Mag back up ka muna, kung di ka sigurado watch some tutorial online

Dial the code *#272*IMEI# on your phone

Example: *#272*335012345678901#

Then choose your preferred Consumer Software Customization or Country Specific Code (CSC)

Here are the list of Country Specific Code (CSC) for your reference;

Philippines (Globe) (GLB)
Philippines (Open Line) (XTC)
Philippines (Smart) (SMA)
Philippines (Sun Cellular) (XTE)
since sa Saudi binili (KSA)

After Choosing what CSC you are going to use, tap/click INSTALL. Phone will reboot and factory reset.

Region locked yung sayo kasi

Just to give you a heads up, Samsung phones, running Android 4.3 or later, feature a region lock.
A region lock is used to stop phones being bought in one country and then exported to be sold in another country.
If you need to use your phone with an international provider's SIM card, you will first need to deactivate your region lock.
This can be done by making or receiving a 5-10 minute phone call in the region where you bought the device from.
Which means you need to use the phone in Saudi Arabia with at least 5-10 minutes of calls with a local SIM before traveling to another country.

Ganyan ginagawa ngayon bago iuwi yung mga phone, bagong policy ni samsung yan eh, which is previously wala naman

To lift the region lock, I may need to refer you to Samsung Saudi Arabia. Kindly prepare the model code of your phone, the serial number and the IMEI for them to lift the lock.
