im not muslim, gusto lang sana pa translate yung "Happy Birthday or Maligayang Kaarawan" sa salita ng Muslim (not sure kung arabic ba yun)

yup! essential language sa Islam ang arabic. Ako di muslim pero nakakabasa at nakakasulat ng arabic. "eyd mawid saeid = happy birthday", (عيد مولد سعيد) "eid milad saeid = happy birthday to you (عيد ميلاد سعيد)

Don't judge religion by just someone did something wrong to you. You may be confused with term religion and tribe, he is may be a maguindanaon, iranun, maranao and so forth but not all of them is fully commited on their religion, Islam...
Or logically, will you not consider those good people with the same tribe as that technician? Be fair!

Alright, so you better omit the term "Muslim" coz you generally speaking to them. You should instead used, "iiwasan ko na pag ang technician ay maguindanaon/maranao/iranun and so forth..." or you can specify it like the place where he was than using the term Muslim.
