This is a simple chat system wherein you can send messages in public and send a private message to every user

Features:
Login
Registration
User account modification
Chat
Sending message with embedded emojis
Sending message using "ENTER" key and submit button.

Change nyo nalang yung file extension ng file public_chat-pjc.doc from ".doc" to ".zip"
