Closed Sim registration pasado na

Just want to get your opinion sa Sim Card Registration. Pumasa na daw sa Congress eh. Pano po kaya maapektuhan ang freenet, specially sa mga GS users na katulad ko na papalit palit ng Sim? Are you worried? Kasi may kakayahan na silang makatrack.

meron ka bang full copy ng bill tungkol dyan. di ko rin alam ang full mechanics eh. especially yung mga lumang sim. panu yun... kung may sim registration, is it suggesting na isa lang dapat sim natin, kasi kung marami. marami din tayong e register. ganun ba yun.
