Has anyone here experience the same issue that I am currently facing? Pocket WiFi stuck on HSPA connection and when I try to browse the network's website (Smart.com.ph/Corporate) it re-routes me to my Pocket WiFi IP address (192.168.1.1), I tried to insert the Sim card to my mobile device and turn on M.data same issue can't browse and stuck on HSPA, but, can receive calls and text. I tried calling Smart's hotline (*888) and was informed that the SmartBro Sim card has been misaligned on their server and monitor the Sim card for 24 hours.
Is my Sim card blocked?
I have already purchased 4 Smart prepaid LTE Sim card this week. Each having the same problem.
Your insight is well appreciated and are there any means to protect future Sim card if it is indeed being blocked by Smart?
