Closed Sim card not supported

Please help me po kung bakit simcard not supported.. tiningnan ko naman po yong signal nya na detect naman po... may way po ba na na hindi ma sim card not supported po? Ang gamit ko po ay Iphone 4s po... sana may tumutulong sa problema ko

na check ko po... pag nakalagay kai sa signal ng globe or smart at ibang sim may signal siya.... ang kaso sim not supported.... na check ko yong imei ang nakalagay dun eh Sim locked : locked.... at yong network nya global
