Try this tricky idea
1: set simlock 1234 pin
2: disable simlock
3: enter wrong simlock pin 16 times until PUK
4: look PUK CODE PIN from your simcard
5: enter PUK CODE
6: enter pin code
7: go to mobile settings set 2G only then turn on mobile data..
8: load 10 reg load and leave it 2G connection 24hrs

Kahit hindi mo gawin ang PUK na yan...baata i-set mo sa 2G 24hrs at regular load 10 working pa rin....easy lang pinahirap mo pa ts.
