Shopee cancel order

Hi mga lods. Paano po i-cancel ang order kasi dalawang sims na bumili ng TNT/DITO Sim na binabayaran bago na dumating ng order na bumili ng another DITO Sim so, nasasayang yung pera ko at paano maiwasaan yung rider na dumadating na binayad na nila Shopee po?

I'm cancelling and refusing with 1 DITO and 2 TNT orders for COD.
