May mga universities at organizations dito sa pinas na nag o-offer niyan like Mapua University (CA), Ironlink, RivanIT etc... which costs about 25k minimum (cert exam not included)+

Kahit basic lang that will solve a simple problem, then upload mo sa github.

This will help your portfolio showcase that you know what you doing, than being stuck lang tutorial routine.

Yan din challenges ko recently, then I switch to personal project, and apply sa natutunan ko. Both YøùTùbé and Udemy yung resources ko. If meron opportunity to get a boot camp, I will take it. But, not a must if you look into employers perspective.

Sa industry na web dev(in our company), they(employers) will find a developer who knows the language and can solve problems using your desired language. Samin, hindi big factor yung bootcamp during hiring process, what we look for is someone that has a portfolio with their projects that solve a simple problem sa web.

I hope makatulong sa decision making.

Good question tol,

I cant say for sure sa team nang iba, pero sa company namin, experienced pays you more than degree holder ka.

Pero if vocational yung current status mo, make personal projects and have a portfolio site where u can showcase ur work.

I think mas effective yan kaysa degree holder, employeer will see u as asset sa team.

If you find a work as a dev, let us know your experience.

Tama yung sabi ni @1nn0c3ntv5. Sa experience ko bilang both technical personnel at developer, mas kaylangan mo ang physical implementation pag mag aaral ka ng networking at gaya ng sabi nya, most of the big orgs cisco at huawei na ang gamit for their network infrastructure kaya usually ang applicants nila required na knowledgeable sa mga devices na yan. Kaya kung yan ang erea ng IT na gusto mong pag aralan, kaylangan mo talaga ang bootcamp for hands-on study. On the other hand, sa programming, though theoretically, mas mahirap pero yung medium or tools is in the form of software naman at mostly free kaya hindi recommended ang mag attend ng bootcamp. may pc or lappy ka lang talo talo na sa pag aaral ng programming. much better na may internet para maka subscribe ka sa github, microsoft forum, stackoverflow at codeproject for references at help.
