Closed Sd card question

Hello mga master. Ask ko lang po:
Pag nag momove ako ng file from internal to memory card, laging nagiging 0KB ang size ng file na imomove ko. Kahit gawin kong directory ang sdcard pag nag ddl ako nagiging 0KB pa rin sya. Though pag nagbubura ako ng file successful naman. This happened after I updated my phone (ASUS Zenfone 3 Max 5.5) to the latest Android version (8.1.0). I dont know if it has something to do with the update. Ano po kaya solution? (Except reformat cause 64GB to, andito lahat ng files ko). Salamat po sa mag susuggest.

Na try nyo po ba gumamit ng pc sa pag transfer?

Baka sira sd card mo. Try mo format at palitan system file: ntfs or fat32

sira na yata sd card mo hindi na ma save-ban ng files. pero i think may other reason pa yata.

Nasubukan mo bang tanggalin ang memory card mo and ibalik ulit? or tanggalin mo siya then use card reader to transfer the files and reformat the sdcard. Make sure hindi corrupted yung nilipat mo na files sa pc mo.

Hindi pa po. Wala kasi pc. Sira

pero bakit nag zero, so possible bad sector nga.
try mo e reformat. pero e recover mo naman. or try to backup first ang mga laman nyan. lagay mo flash drive or hdd. then reformat mo yan.

Eh transfer by using card reader nagawa mo?. How about use cloud storage like mediafire, dropbox, mega nz, google drive etc. Gawa ka muna ng account then i-upload mo na lang. then reformat na.

yes kasi may mga bug kasi minsan ung mga updates. sa akin experience ko rin yan sa xiaomi ko. akala ko cra n sd card ko. pero ganun pa rin khit ngpalit ako. muntik ko n nga ibenta xiaomi ko at bibili n lng ng vivo. pero everytime na may update ay inaupdate ko ng inupdate hanggang sa naayus n lng kusa ung problema
