- Liza Soberano revealed that PLDT went to their house and gave her a faster Internet connection

- She said that this was the first time she experienced the “best Internet” she ever had in five years of living in her house


- The Kapamilya star also shared that she did not experience any lag while having her online classes and meetings

- Earlier, it can be recalled that Liza had a complaint against Converge ICT Solutions Inc.


Liza Soberano has recently expressed her frustrations over the slow Internet spend and poor customer service of Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

KAMI learned that after Liza’s complaint, another Internet service provider, PLDT, went to their house.

In a tweet, Liza shared that PLDT connected her to a better connection with 300 Mbps Internet speed.

“Okay so PLDT came to my house yesterday and hooked me up with the best internet I have ever experienced in my whole 5 years of living in this house. 300 MBPS,” she said.

“What a lifesaver. Lag? I don’t know her,” she added.

In an Instagram story, Liza shared that she had her online class and meetings without experiencing any lag because of her new Internet connection.

The netizens also reacted to the fast action of PLDT to the Kapamilya star. Here are some of their comments on Twitter:

Earlier, Liza aired her frustrations over Converge because of the slow Internet speed and poor customer service she experienced.

She also revealed that her spa business is facing serious problems right now because of the COVID-19 crisis.

Walang request at nagkusa yung PLDT pero kapag regular subscriber inaabot ng ilang buwan bago ma fix/acknowledge yung connection issue. :ROFLMAO:
This is obviously a marketing move for exposure.

So what is the deal? Mabilis naman talaga ang 300mbps and she can afford it bakit daming nagagalit? Ed mag upgrade din sila mg ganun ka bilis na internet. Kung nagagalit naman sila at bat bilis mag respond ng PLDT natural artista siya and advertisement na din ng PLDT yun. Sa nagsasabi kelangan maging Liza para bumilis internet. I think kelangan mo mg pera para ma upgrade mo ang internet mo ng 300mbps.
 
idk if scripted yan, pero mapa.sana all ka na lang, yung iba umabot ng buwan para ma.approve ang application (priority lane be like)
 
Hehehe kasi may pera at sikat kaya ganyan ang trato, simple as that, hayaan nyo malapit na rin kalampagin ni Duterte yan animal na internet nayan
 
Ang issue dito boss yung mga current or applying subscribers sa each telecom/isp sa issue. Converge failed to comply regarding connection issue while PLDT gave special treatment to someone who didn't even inquire to their service. This just shows how incompetent and slow their customer service when in fact vast majority of their subscribers applied to their residential plans.
 
Problema sa converge, problema wala sa totoong plan yung speed, pa wala wala pa yung internet. parang Bayantel lang dati, maganda lang sa una. atleast papano parating na Dito Telecom, may sariling tower.
 
Sa totoo lang walang problem sa side ng telecom/isp if hindi nag fall under certain percentage yung bandwidth speed kasi when you subscribe may statement sa contract about reliability which you agreed with kaya ka nakabitan.

Example:
Sa cotnract ni Converge *30% minimum speed at 80% service reliability.
Sa terms and conditions ni PLDT *Minimum Speed and Service Reliability Applicable to Broadband Data Services - PLDT guarantees a minimum broadband speed across all plans of 256kbps.

If throughout whole day or week na nasa minimum speed ka that's when they should fix your connection issue.
If you report nasa 80% speed lang nakukuha mo, you won't be in their top priority in their customer service unless konti lang sched nung technician sa lugar nyo.

madalas mabagal speed, yung iba madalas nawawalan net, yung iba pareho mahina na unreliable pa.
nagbayantel, globe, pldt na rin ako.
