Closed Redeem problem pera swipe points to lazada wallet

Mga Paps patulong naman. Nag reedem ako last 12/12/18 ng points ko sa pera swipe ko papuntang Wallet sa lazada. Bakit till now wala paring napasok sa wallet ko? Ano dapat ko kayang gawin? TIA
