Credits sa Yummy Kitchen Ang recipes ko..

-Puto Cheese Ingredients-

1 cup All-purpose flour
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Baking Powder

1 Tbsp Melted Butter
1/4 cup Evaporated Milk
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
3/4 cup Water
1/4 cup grated Cheese (optional)
Cheese for topping

Yields: 12 pieces Medium

Procedure :

1. iMix ang lahat ng dry ingredients gamitan ng strainer para matanggal yong buo.

2. iMix din ang lahat ng wet ingredients separate bowl.

3. ihalo ang wet ingredients sa dry ingredients dahan dahan. Mix until free of lumps. Pwedi walang grated cheese kayo bahala..Mas másáráp maraming cheese.

4. Rest for 15 minutes.

5.Ilagay sa molds ang napaghalong ingredients. Lagyan ng cheese sa ibabaw.

6. Cover and steam for 10 minutes over low heat. Lagyan ng tela o balotin ito ng tela yong takip ng steamer para hindi tumulo yong moist niya sa puto.

7. Pag luto na hayaan munang lumamig bago tanggalin ang mold.

and chadang luto na!😁 Iba talaga ang nagagawa ng quarantine lumalabas mga talent ko sa pagluluto Hehehe..
