Closed Proxi for bypassing

Hindi ko alam kung na post na to, pero ilang weeks din katay sakin si mgc, gamit ko yung proxi 3.0, today tinry ko yung 3.2.9 pero mgc parin gamit ko (nueva ecija area), napulot ko lang to.. credits nalang sa napulutan ko
