- When the resources are all exhausted and the pandemic would claim millions of lives, I hope, really, and I pray that it would not. Pero kung ganun, wala na ako magawa.

- many people pressured to pay rent, asks landlords to suspend rent
- 2020 budget did not forsee COVID-19

- COVID-19 funds came from budget buffer/ reserved for rainy days
- Saan yung 300 billion? Wala pa yan, kokolektahin pa yan. Saan yung 270 billion? Wala pa po yan, kokolektahin pa yan.
- to landlords: I-evict mo yang tao, personal kitang pupuntahan, sasabihin ko ibalik mo yung tao.
- wag nyo ko pilitin to go against the law
- do not pressure anybody or a poor person just because you have this right
- kung wala pang vaccine by Christmas time, sabay na tayo sa mga holdaper. Pare-pareho na tayo lahat.
- last resort: pag maubos ang pera, i will sell all assets of government, ang pera itulong ko sa tao
- encourages COVID-19 survivors to donate plasma
