sumabog po power supply. Posible kaya na madamay motherboard? or power supply lang po papalitan ko?

dati nangyari na sa akin yan...pero wala naman na apektuhan motherboard ko ewan ko na lang sa ibang naka experience...minsan kasi sa PSU ay pag na short ba nag stop sya pero minsan nag malfunction rin na didiretso

50/50 dyan boss pwedeng walang nadamay at pwede rin may nadamay magkakaalaman lang ang totoong status pag nakapagpalit kana ng working na pSU. Pero malimit PSU lang ang bumibigay sa mga Happy New year na nangyayari.

if yung sumabog na psu is generic well 50/50 chance mo
if branded mga 95/5 chance 95% na wala mgyari 5% na my dinamay

basis is electronic protection ovp, oop, svp, ocp, scp, olp

power supply is more a regulator than a fuse box
pag yung component is pumutok discharge agad ang gagawin nya since charged ang capacitors nya
that is why my scp protection yung mga branded power supply
now in electronics saan dadaloy ang extra discharge ng psu na ng critical

hint dumadaan kuryente sa least resisted surface
so in practice ano least resistant na parts in pc its either dadaan sya sa case na ma dedisipate to ground
50% chance or dadaan sya sa parts na least resistant since my residual volts all capacitor and transistors another 50% chance hence 50/50

bago pa pumutok yung yung psu is yung main circuit na nya mag isolate ng power
meaning before mag critical pa yung psu mo instant cutoff na yung 12v rail na main power rail ng psu
and reliability ng protection na to is 100% pero in real life scenario walang 100% hence 95% reliability industry standards

walang protection lahat ng generic brand psu
bakit kase mahal yang mga protection na yan maski sa solar power battery is regulator pa lang is 4k+ na
di lang yan fuse = ok na lahat
anyway lahat ng links na kylagan mong basahin para makuha mo yung statistical ratio na yan is nasa baba

yep best investment kase psu pag dating sa pc
lifeline and lifeguard sya ng pc sa lahat ng electrical problem na pede mong madanas
since best scenario is dead psu alive all components vs dead all
