May potential ba na mahäçk o maattack yung second hand na modem na nabili?

Possible kaya magkaroon ng access yung binilhan ng modem, sa ating mga infos like Facebook, Gcash, Shopee, at iba pa?

For my opinion hindi. Make sure lang na hard reset yung modem and updated yung firmware version. If possible na pwede i think hindi parin ma access yung ibang acc like gcash or shopee kasi need ng verification code bago ka makalogin sa other device.

Hard reset mu lang (Usually may button yan sa likod may name naman yun) ts para ma change mo yung configurations or settings at make sure na malakas yung sinet mong password para di ma brute force.
