yung kapag natapos na episode ng anime parang malungkot ka parang may connection kayu ng character sa anime?

Watching anime makes people enjoy, and enjoyment is caused by the production of endorphins in the brain. This means as long as you watch anime, endorphins will continue to produce. Endorphins are also considered as happy hormones.
Katulad ng sa akin, I watch anime full blown so imagine that 2 days of watching Fairytail and HXH nonstop. That would also mean a nonstop production of endorphins. So when the series I am watching should end, the production of endorphins will also cease to produce, hence, the enjoyment and the happy hormones.
The more time you watch anime, the more the tolerance of your endorphins will rise. The more endorphins that rise the higher the degree of enjoyment you will have. A better analogy about this is it's like climbing a skyscraper. Endorphins is the skyscraper but this skyscraper will grow in relation to your tolerance. The more you watch anime the more this skyscraper will grow. You will feel like, "abot ko na ang langit" in the sense of enjoyment. However, if the anime should end, so then the skyscraper will also cease to exist. The height of the skyscraper will also determine the degree of your happiness that will also disappear, the higher you are going to fall then.
Now, if going up is considered to be a positive thing, then going down is considered the negative thing, hence, depression.
And people tend to fight or to escape depression. (NOW IMAGINE HOW WEAK PEOPLE ESCAPE DEPRESSION). And because of this idea, it will prove that your next action would be finding an anime that is worth watching, that is very similar to the one you have watched. And many times you'll get disappointed because it will feel something off when you start watching another anime. Why? That's because the skyscraper that you have built in your last anime already has a hundred floors of enjoyment and the new anime that your watching might start from the bottom below. Your mind will tend to seek an anime that is a hundred floor enjoyable, which is dependent based on the subjectivity of your brain.
And because this is something that is considered bad (not bad really in the sense of evil and negativity), I advice you to do exercise and do housework socialize. You could also use the internet and seek people who watch the same anime. After that, you can discuss about it.
Some people will have their tolerance dwindle in several days and some weeks. After that, you will enjoy watching anime again.
This is just an opinion.
