Poco X3 NFC Cannot Connect to Wi-FI

I have question po. Bakit po hindi makakonek yung phone ko sa Wi-Fi namin? Yung ibang devices po sa bahay can connect naman with the network pero yung phone ko hindi talaga. Sana po may sumagot. Thanks!
